The famous Chinese doctor Sun Si Miao said "try food as a cure first, then try medicine". With the right food you receive the right energy (frequencies) to keep your body working in perfect harmony.

Many foods today are lacking in sufficient nutrients. Chemical over farming, pollution, overcooked and highly processed food which contain preservatives and artificial colours further deplete nutrients.

In addition, the overuse of antibiotic drugs, fast foods, soft drinks, contribute to the decline in immune systems and accumulation of toxins in the body which may lead to the weaken the internal organ. Therefore the body becomes more susceptible to diseases. In this way we can easily become overfed and undernourished.

The famous Chinese doctor Sun Si Miao said "try food as a cure first, then try medicine". Wise words indeed!

It is a common knowledge that Western medicine is based on treating diseases. Aside from the economic implications surrounding the health industry, priority seems to be given to cure rather than prevention. Allergic reactions and side effects to drugs and foodstuffs are becoming rampant in western societies creating a great need for balanced, natural whole foods and effective supplements for the prevention of disease. The search for the right natural and balanced supplement can however, be a minefield of misinformation and confusion when confronted by the array of products available.

Good health should be simple, not a complicated mystery!

Natural ingredients are the secret...

Look for natural supplements with an array of vitamins, minerals derived from whole foods. Make sure they are in a form the body can digest, such as an unheated powder made from vegetables, fruits, seeds, grains and superfoods like spirulina.

With the right food you receive the right energy (frequencies) to keep your body working in perfect harmony, balancing Yin and Yang energies. Therefore it is necessary to eat as wide a range possible of fresh uncooked fruit and vegetables because each one has different levels of vitamins, minerals, fatty acids and enzymes and amino acids. Your body recognises what it requires and will discard what is not needed. Your digestive system also knows the difference between natural products made from the whole plant and those which have had only the active ingredient extracted. It responds much more favourably to the whole plant which it was designed to digest.

In simple words: to look, feel and function at our best we all need the support of a healthy diet, rich in a variety of easily assimilated nutrients.

I couldn't agree more. People are eating more and more highly processed foods
with little nutritional value. Unfortunately with increasingly busy lives,
people can't (or don't) find the time to make wholesome food from scratch (which
I admit is very time consuming). Healthy food is also often more expensive,
another factor in this spiral of bad habits...
